MEMBERS

Membership to CarCraze.Com is free. When becoming a member you must create a profile that includes your Name, Address, Phone Number, etc., including a user name and a password that you create. Other information in your profile is optional. Your user name and password that you create will be used as your log in. Please keep passwords appropriate. Your user name and passwords are for your use only. Please do not give you information to anyone. CarCraze.Com will not share your information with anyone else. Password recovery will be available upon your request through e-mail. As a member you are eligible to upgrade your membership to a sellers package to list your vehicle(s) for sale. You will have several different price packages to choose from according to your needs. You will also be able to be notified by E-mail if something specific you are looking for is posted on this website through our “Find It Now” feature. Obscene language and inappropriate activity is not to be displayed in any car listings, forums or blogs.

SELLERS

As a seller you need to create a profile or log in and choose a package according to your selling needs. You can Register as either a private seller or a dealer. Once you choose the package that is right for you, you are able to log in with your user name and password and input information for the vehicle(s) you are selling. Please be as specific as possible with your description. Do not give any misleading or false information on any vehicle you list. Be sure that your contact information is correct. Carcraze.Com will not be responsible for information posted incorrectly by any private seller or dealer. CarCraze.Com is not responsible for selling your vehicle(s) for you. CarCraze.Com is strictly a listing site. Potential buyers will contact the sellers directly. Shipping arrangements are to be made between the buyer and seller. However, Carcraze.Com asks that each seller and buyer be truthful when listing a vehicle or carrying through a transaction or delivery. Please be sure that all the information that you list is to the best of your knowledge accurate, reasonable and appropriate. CarCraze.Com will not be held liable for any mistakes in listings, misunderstandings or miscommunications of any agreements or arrangements for any payments, shipping or anything else discussed between the buyer and the seller. Individual plans will expire after 30 days. The dealer plans will automatically be renewed each month unless the seller cancels their membership by e-mail. CarCraze.com will not refund any money for any plan canceled beyond the 30 day renewal date. CarCraze.Com has the right to suspend or cancel any membership or listing at anytime for any misleading information or misuse of this website for any reason

BUYERS

As a buyer you are not required to create a profile, however it may be helpful if you are looking for something specific and would like to be notified by e-mail through our “Find It Now” feature when something you are interested in is listed. For your protection please use your best judgment and refer to a reputable buyer’s guide when buying a vehicle. CarCraze.Com will not be held liable for any mistakes in listings, misleading or false information, misunderstandings or miscommunications of any agreements or arrangements for any payments, shipping or anything else discussed between the buyer and the seller.

ADVERTISMENTS

Any advertising on CarCraze.Com must be accurate and appropriate. Advertisements must apply to the automotive industry. CarCraze.Com is not responsible for any false or misleading advertisements. CarCraze.com has the right to remove any Ads that are inappropriate, obscene or not related to the automotive industry.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Payments will be made by credit card via secured processing through PayPal. Please see PayPal‘s term and agreements

Dealer plans will automatically be renewed each month until membership is cancelled. Membership can be cancelled at anytime by E-mailing our customer service dept. at info@carcraze.com subject line “Cancel Membership“. CarCraze.Com has the right to suspend or cancel any membership or listing at anytime for any misleading information or misuse of this website for any reason.CarCraze.com will not refund any money for package canceled beyond the renewal date. Canceling your subscriptions will continue through the remainder of the 30 days and then result in permanently deleted data. Additional subscriptions will require you to reregister using a new user name.
